The communication between store staff is very bad. I have been waiting for nearly one month for a lawn mower that i already paid for and never received it. I try to understand and give grace and understand but all i have gotten was, We are working on your situation and will get back with you. But i never hear from anyone. This is bad for business. But the staff is very friendly.

I had been scheduling pick ups and been waiting for them to come for atleast 2 months to come get the same items they said they were gonna come get and the past 3 times they left my mom downstairs waiting who is battling cancer and had to reschedule her appointments for treatments several times due to them not showing up. Then proceeded to show up on days not scheduled for a pick up leaving a note then complaining not hearing from us. The main guy named Joe who is the manager, he was gonna charge us $50 for a remote that he claimed was broken so I asked him if the batteries were in right and would you believe it..HE PUT THE BATTERIES IN BACKWARDS THEN TRYING TO TURN AROUND AND CHARGE US $50 FOR A REMOTE HE CLAIMED WAS BROKEN AND ALSO SAID THEY ARE HARD TO FIND AND CAN ONLY GET IF THEY SPECIAL ORDER IT.

Went to order a few things from them and cancelled 2 days after I ordered because I had planned on paying cash value, found out that they were selling them for over 3x the value they were to buy brand new. I ended up purchasing the top of the line appliances from Lowe's that were still half the price as buying from Aaron's standard appliances, Even though I cancelled WEEKS ago and they weren't even scheduled to be out at my house to bring them till a week after I called to cancel and they had said it was taken care of they are still calling me about a first payment! This is now the 4th time I have spoken with them about having my order cancelled with the previous 3 times saying it was taken care of. They are very friendly until you try to cancel 10 out of 10 do not recommend please try anywhere else before getting screwed over by this company.

Responded to an ad on Facebook marketplace. Great communication up front. Setup a time for me to come get it . I drove 40 minutes one way to get the table and stools only to find out they sold it to someone else. They they blocked me on Facebook so I couldn’t leave a negative review. Avoid this place.

Never been so disrespected after everything I've purchased they couldn't even make deal for a mower when I needed a new one. I was willing to put 20 down until next pay but they didn't want to. I can't get no deal on any seasonal or electronics even though I bought thousands of dollars worth of merchandise. A faithful customer turned away. Sad part is I just my last item leased through you and will not be shopping here again.
