I had a very disappointing experience with Errands Appliance Store. I purchased a used washer and dryer and was explicitly told that the units would be cleaned top to bottom before delivery. I inspected them in-store and was reassured with, “No worries, we’ll clean them.” When the washer and dryer were delivered to my home, they were just as filthy as when I first saw them—heavy buildup, gunk, and clearly not cleaned at all. It was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. When I called to address the issue, the only solutions offered were: • Waiting three weeks for someone to come clean them, or • Receiving two weeks of free service Neither option was satisfactory. I wasn’t looking for a handout—I simply wanted what was promised: a clean washer and a clean dryer. This experience showed a lack of transparency, accountability, and customer care. If you value honesty, good customer service, and satisfaction with your purchase, this is not the place to go. Worst experience I’ve had buying appliances.
This is absolutely the worst Aaron’s you could deal with. Shanna the new supervisor is very rude. She does not listen nor does she know how to handle customer service. These people will keep charging your card after you have already paid up your account. Then they will fight with you and tell you your were behind when the receipts are right there in their face. I have been a customer for 6 years and never have I ever been through anything like this. When my things first were delivered the left every thing my garage. They didn’t send screws, I had to wait a month plus for the screws to come. When they did come no one came to out to put it together, I have stairs I had to move everything up stairs and ask others for help. Now this. STOP DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. I repeat DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION.
Dakota Perry from that store had excellent Service and good friendly work attitude. The stood up to plate on my delivery cause he wasn't the scheduled driver. Because of his hard work and dedication to duty. I got my item in time. He also helped me set-up. Please commend and promote now
I order a couch and love seat. I took off of work and there still not here. Called the store and was told it is a all day deliver it cost me $200 for lost wages because of delivery. This Aaron's has been polite to me but the deliver time is not business like. Called the store find ETA and they could not tell me. If I was a manager I could give you estimate ETA keep in mind I live right behind the store its no brainer I should be the first delivery.
Called them a week and a half ago to schedule someone to come look at and fix the washer and dryer I am getting through them. I was told someone would be at my home either the 9th or 10th so naturally I had to take off work to be home for them. No one ever showed nor did I get a phone call. The girl who I spoke too to schedule this wasn't paying attention and I had to state the issue multiple times. I just contacted customer service and they were no help either. I'm sure if I stop making the payments I'll get a phone call as well as pop up visits to my home. I don't understand how as a company they don't understand customer service is key and that's how you keep making money.
