I am absolutely disgusted with Mario and Barbie as far as I'm concerned they should be fired because Mario allowed Barbie to disrespect me on the phone. I have been with these ppl for 5 years and they think they have the right to screw me over I am demanding a complete refund and a free month failure to do so will result in me taking the company to court and we will see what a judge will say about it. The DM is a joke I complained about this 5 times and they did nothing. So now I will report Mario and Barbie to BBB and I told Mario and Barbie not to call my husband and they both disrespected me by harressing him IN WANT BOTH OF THESE IDIOTS FIRED OR IM TAKING LEGAL ACTION
Let me start by saying we WERE a customer for 2 years. 23 out of 24 months our payment was on autodraft and was paid on time EVERY SINGLE MONTH. $1284 they collected from us effortlessly with no issue or complaints. They even had to come put the bed back together the RIGHT WAY, after we called a month after delivery and the employee who came out told us the issue was due to them not putting it together right the first time. The last payment, our main card became compromised. I let whoever answered the phone at that location the payment would be late as we was waiting on a new card. Rather they documented it or not as they should have. I’m not sure. They continued to harass me DAILY (4-5 times a day) and even sent someone to my house with a manager on the phone WHO CALLED ME A LIAR and was just RUDE in front of the employee and my spouse…two days after Christmas. Then continued on to say we owed all these extra fees for “inconvenience”. We was STILL in the same month (December) that the payment was due! We just had to wait 7-10 business days for a new card to arrive during the holiday mail delay! Last month we was speaking with them about living room furniture and them offering the first months free for us due to our payment relationship with them, this month they call me a liar and harass me over $35 after us spending all that money with them. I’ll pay the balance I OWE because it’s the right thing to do but I’m completely aware it would be non profitable for the store to spend hundreds on a civil suit or even use the gas to go back and forth to harass me over one $35 payment, so they are harassing families, adding extra fees, and doing all of the extra for nothing. But I definitely know they will no longer be getting that $3,000 in payments for a new lease to redo my living room. I’ll happily go elsewhere.
Well I am very pleased with aarons all the staff is awesome. Mario, Barbie, Frankie but they all do good work thank you guys for helping me out with everything keep these guys and the drivers are awesome
I want to take a moment to acknowledge two of the gentleman who delivered the washer and dryer. They were very kind, nice and respectful. They hooked up the equipment, and it didn't take them long. They were careful not to scratch any of the walls, and they hooked everything up and ensured that everything was working properly before they departed!! I appreciate both Bryan and LJ!!! They are keepers!!!!!! Thank you all for having such great employees!
I recently purchased furniture for my place, Ms. Barbie was so kind and very helpful. I can truly tell that she has a passion for helping others get the things they need. She made the process easy. Thank you for that. Got my whole house furnished for me and my family . 🫶🏾
