Leased a tv from here and got the Aaron’s insurance paid the tv off then went to cancel the insurance that was 5 dollars a month manager said if I keep the insurance it will cover the tv as long as I pay the 5 dollars, fast forward to a month ago tv got damaged and they picked it up to fix it had the tv for a month with no communication from management just to be told once I called to check on the status that they would not fix the tv or replace it and manager just said they would throw my tv away like it was no big deal. Don’t rent from this store if you can help it.

I had a great experience at Aaron's. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They really went above and beyond, bending over backwards to make sure I was taken care of. Their outstanding customer service made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate everything they did and would highly recommend Aaron's to anyone looking for great service!

best place my wife and i have rented from by far. everyone here was so friendly and helpful, and they were able to put a brand new dryer in for us the very next day after we walked in. the installation process was so smooth we came back and got a washer a couple days later. price point was great with a lot of flexible options, and keith was super personable and made us feel right at home. we will definitely be returning for any future purchases.

I went to purchase a riding mower with my wife and daughter and after signing the contract and paying for a month we found out we were going to have to wait almost a week to get it. So I called to have a friend with a truck to come and transport the mower back to my home. When I told the manager that I had someone on the way to transport the mower he said that I can't take it on the truck and he would not warranty it. After a few words back and forth the manager was very rude. Never mind he had already gotten my money. These people that is running this business needs to be retrained

I absolutely love this Aaron’s store because they treat you like family. They have worked diligently with me on a few situations, and I’m so very grateful. The employees have gone above and beyond to help me get through when I thought I was going to lose my furniture. I only know a couple names to acknowledge but they’re all great people and employees. Kim (manager, love her!) & Elijah (super nice!)

Went through the whole thing online and was approved. Just needed to set up delivery. Next day I get a phone call needing to verify info for washer and dryer. Get an email saying I was not approved. What the hell kind of business is this? I do not recomend Aarons
