What you can rent here
Rent-A-Center is a national rent-to-own chain with 1,948 stores across all 50 states, reaching communities from Lawrence, Massachusetts and Kissimmee, Florida to Harlingen, Texas and Booneville, Mississippi. Launched in 1973 in Wichita, Kansas, it was the first national chain to scale the rent-to-own model, building standardized showrooms stocked with new, name-brand merchandise. Stores carry furniture, appliances, electronics, computers, mattresses, gaming, and smartphones on flexible weekly or monthly lease agreements, and like most rent-to-own stores they typically do not require a traditional credit check. Rent-A-Center holds a 4-star Google rating across more than 152,000 reviews. Compare Rent-A-Center on VRTO alongside other rent-to-own stores near you, with hours, ratings, and what each carries.

I had a great experience working with JT Turner at Rent-A-Center. From the moment I came in, he was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I fully understood my options without ever making me feel pressured. JT went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in providing excellent service. Because of him, my experience was easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for JT Turner if you visit Rent-A-Center—you won’t be disappointed!
