Do not recommend. Almost paid our stuff off and was told they can hold them until we found an apartment that was not Roach infested, they lied to us. Sold our stuff, didnt give us credit, and we lost almost 3k worth of money. Never doing business with them again.

Terrible customer service Ethan‘s a bully if you want a store that will work with you. Good customer service love their customers understand things happen go to Aaron’s on Richmond Road. Do not go to Rent-A-Center worker tried to bully me after I told him I will have the money later on That month and that I could not return merchandise because I’m no longer there or near a store, but I will have that money in the next money on the end of the month and he tried to intimidate me into paying or bringing the merchandise back even though I cannot drive because I am disabled. I will never ever ever shop with Rent-A-Center again, I will stick to Arron’s . Only reason I went to the store in the first place is because I wanted to see how the customer service was mysterious I will continue to be a loyal customer to Aaron’s Who I have paid off multiple items with they have worked with me over the years if I could not pay that month, they let me paid double the next month made me an honorable Gold card member gave me a lifetime warranty when I returned a item because I was moving to a place that didn’t. I have a hook up for it

Everything was easy and smooth. From the first phone call, to the delivery. My delivery driver was awesome!! He was quick and efficient. I’ve had more than my fair share of deliveries. This was one of the top two.

I had bad experience and they tell you one thing and do something different and if will to pay on bill they still want to take items from you and Douglas had bad attitude and not able to help when I was down and sick had to have blood transfusion and I have kids needs something to sleep on and this guy doesn't show he care about nothing it suppose to have a program to help I something like this he refuses to help any way.
