So far, my experience with this RAC location has been wonderful. I began online , which I'll add, is very easy to navigate, see store inventory and pricing information,etc. I chose my items and they called shortly after and we set up delivery time and i made my payment. I absolutely love my new sofa and 75 inch tv and once they're paid off will be returning to purchase bedroom furniture. Thanks RAC!

They have some very nice stuff what I like about the Cardinal valley RAC is that they will work with you on your payments and that means a lot if your a few days behind on payments.

Got a ps5 pro and great service by all employees if they don’t have it or what you are wanting in stock they will call stores of same company of rent a center sto see if they got it and go above and beyond to get what your needing will help with any payment plans you need as well if you late just let them know a head of time work out something with you to help you from being late so you don’t lose anything and having to return a item, great service great people and Español, Mont Español. I am out of English grateful for both worlds.

Takes forever to get a call back or delivery scheduled regardless of what you’re told online. Once I finally got the TV the wrong remote was sent with it. Products are great, service isn’t a strong suit.

This is literally the worst company I’ve ever dealt with I would NOT recommend getting anything from them! I’ve been waiting on repairs for furniture for MONTHS I get the run around every time. I will not recommend to anyone and will never purchase from them again my lease is almost up and I won’t look back. The most unprofessional retail company that I have ever encountered! They will not receive my family nor my business EVER again. I also reached out to corporate & we got somewhere and received parts just for the parts to be damaged when the repairman opened the package! Such a hassle and the worst business I’ve ever dealt with. If I could give 0 starts I would in a heartbeat
