Aaron has always been the place to go to get anything that you need with reasonable prices I got a brand new write-off the truck washer and dryer about 9 years ago and it just now broke on me and had to get the same or different one to have one at the house I've also have gotten a couch from there and a bed as well so they are a great place to go get things that you actually need I can show you some pictures of what I have gotten myself from there

This place has the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE my mother and father went to this location to rent some furniture and received the nastiest customer service possible from the assistant manager at the store. This guy was extremely rude and flamboyant they should train their managers to be a better example for their team. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Terrible communication. I got called 3 times in one day about the same account. After I called the morning of about the payment. So I told then to come pick it up. It's unacceptable. A couple of weeks later I got it back and when I called to ask about a balance I was told I don't have one from there. So I politely read off each payment and payment date it was taken from my account. Strange but my account was found. If I hadn't paid so much already I would return it. But I kno now to NEVER go here again. The workers are rude and very smart mouth....

I called a couple of their stores today and couldn't get help. I spoke to Rick at the North Memorial Parkway location and his personality on the phone got me to the store. He was one of the best customer service people that I have ever dealt with!!!! I highly recommend going to his location to do business!!!

Rick is rarely in office. They give a time frame of 11-3 I call at 315 and Alicia says I’ll call them and call back all the while they are sitting at the store I call at 415 and she says I have to see if they are off lunch break they took lunch at 245. I said what do you mean they are still on lunch. She gets rude saying well they have to take lunch. So their lunch is 1 hr and 15 mins? She’s like they will get there when they can. Like I don’t have someone waiting all day for them to show up. Like people don’t work
