My apologies as I forgot to write this review awhile ago, but my fiancé and I decided to visit Babcock in search of an adjustable bed. Upon entering the store, we were warmly greeted by Jarvis. He made our experience one to remember because of the impeccable customer service that he provided to us. He’s was very professional, knowledgeable and very attentive to all of our needs and was very patient as my fiancé and I asked a plethora of questions in order to make the right decision on purchasing the perfect bed we desired. Once we decided on what bed and mattress we wanted, Jarvis and his co-worker, Justin, work diligently to get us the best deal that ironically fell within our budget. Might I add Justin was the icing on the cake as he was just as professional and just as helpful and knowledgeable as Jarvis. Once we were ready to make the purchase, my fiancé and I both ran into technical difficulties with our banks because of such a large amount being taken out & these gentleman were very patient as we worked through the aforementioned. Once we were done, Jarvis let us know when to expect the bed. Once we received the bed, there were a few minor issues, but once I voiced my concerns to Jarvis, he was on it. He even spoke to his manage to inform him of my concerns and the manager along with the movers personally came out to our house and the manager himself fixed the issue and ensured I was happy prior to leaving! Talk about all around impeccable customer service. Without a single doubt, I would definitely recommend this furniture store and these guys hands down! They made our experience one of the best! I was looking for 2 accent chairs. When I entered Badcock I was greeted by a nice guy. He asked what I needed and showed me several options. I happily bought 2 chairs! I found what I wanted, they delivered my chairs on time, And I saved $800. This was my first customer experience with Badcock and I look forward to shopping with them again.

I had a wonderful shopping experience at this store both times that I have purchased items from them. The staff was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the products and genuinely cares about your happiness. The prices are great and I will definitely be back in the future for any other furniture I may need.

This could have been a very low rating. The reason it's not is because the staff at Badcock really took care of us. There was a mix-up with our new account, and it was holding up delivery of our furniture. Even though we missed delivery, they waived the fee and delivered our furniture anyway, because it was a mess up on their part, and they understood that. They demonstrated great customer service. I would definitely come back here to shop again!

The furniture is great. The staff were not. I was told three different times by three different people they would deliver my furniture on the Wednesday I wanted. I called the day before and was told that they don't deliver on Wednesday. I told the person I would have to rent a truck and get it myself. I was told this was fine. When I arrived, I was told I could not pick it up. I got my furniture but I did not have a good experience. They kept saying "I'm sorry" but that was it. I agree the staff are sorry. I will not be returning. I isn't worth the hassle.
