THE MANAGER IS AN ABSOLUTE PRICK AND WHEN HE SENT HIS DELIVERY GUYS OUT WHILE I WAS OUTSIDE TALKING WITH A NEIGHBOR I LET THEM IN TO UNHOOK THE WASHER&DRYER THEY LET A MESS AND SOME CASH CAME UP MISSING! DO NOT LET THESE DELIVERY GUYS IN YOU PLACE UNATTENDED!
I was sincerely surprised by the level of service I received, as it did not align with my expectations from Aaron's, a brand I hold in high regard. It is my hope that we can arrive at a satisfactory resolution that reflects the quality of service that Aaron's strives to provide. Unfortunately, the delivery experience did not meet my expectations. The delivery personnel exhibited a lack of professionalism and appeared disorganized, which was evident in their interactions; they were engaged in an argument rather than focusing on their responsibilities. As a direct consequence of this chaotic situation, both the dresser and the chest of drawers I ordered sustained visible damage. Additionally, there is now a significant long black scratch on my wall, which is quite disheartening. To exacerbate the situation, I spoke with management, who indicated they would address the inconvenience, but they are no longer returning my phone calls or honoring their commitments. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this particular Aaron's location for renting or purchasing furniture.
Shawn and Juliet at Aaron's are awesome superstars. They are patient, honest / upfront people and stick to their word. I feel like I am in good hand's with them there. Great prices, great customer service and great furniture. Thank you.
I rented with this store back in June and July of 2023. The furniture was good, and the delivery and pick up was good and easy. However, they charged me for a whole other month of rent (for the month of August) when I actually had it picked up around July 28th. Before they picked it up, they assured me that I would not get charged again for the upcoming month since I was returning it before the next transaction period but no. Ever since then, it has been a nightmare trying to get this money back from them. I have called multiple times and every time they assure me that they will return me the money but they never did. I also emailed them and then they called me. At first I thought it was good customer service until I realized that they probably did this since they did not want to give me anything in writing in case I wanted to file a dispute, yet on the phone, they assured me I would be getting the money back. I even filed a dispute with my credit card company. All I'm trying to say is that if you want to do service with this store, I would recommend that once you are done with paying the last payment, remove your credit card information from their website/app so it won't charge you again for a month you do not have the furniture. If this Aaron's store wants to solve this issue, even though it has been a year, let me know the phone number I can call and I would be willing to try again.
This team is GREAT don't pass go when thinking to shop here! They truly care about you and just not leasing out to you. They are very patient and understanding. I recently worked with Sean he's such a amazing individual, very knowledgeable and very patient I have also in the past worked with Kim she's defiantly a diamond in ruff, Her customer service is phenomenal if she tells you she's going to get it done she will defiantly get it done or certainly try her hardest. My family will defiantly be back if needed, take my advice shop here if you want that Chic fila experience!
