I have been renting a sofa bed for 7 months and always pay my monthly payment of $147.00. It took them 4 months to get my prefer due date correct. My payment is due on the 15th of every month. I was unable to pay it in time this month because I had a family emergency instead of calling me on the 18th they charge me a $10.00 visit fee while I was out town for the emergency !?!?! I feel that was done intentionally to take more money from me. So I purposely made my payment today the 21st. They have horrible customer service but love to charge me extra fees. I can’t wait to pay this sofa off and never return to Aaron’s!

i had an issue arise and had to call and make an arrangement ive done business with aarons for a long while miss lattoya was wonderful and handled my situation perfectly we have to remind ourselves that shes also running a business as well as dealing with the public and doing sales and all of that has to be very stressful and shes a human being also she has bad days just as well as we do she also goes above and beyond what she should to comfort and help us if it was up to me she would get more than 5 stars i also want to add that anne is very helpful and sweet ty both so much for making this a positive situation

I have never posted a review before but thought this warranted me to do so. I talked to Latoya today at Aarons and I want everyone to know that she was not only professional in her job but also kind and warm hearted. Words can not make up how she made me feel. Thank you Latoya. Merry Christmas and a very wonderful new year to you.

Ordered a bed almost 3 weeks ago, got delivered the wrong mattress WHICH has blood spots on it. The people didn’t even tell me it was used until I said something about it, and they said oh yeah yours is here but we have to get it rescheduled to be delivered. I keep getting told different things from this location , it’s either they tell me they’re going to deliver it , and then they change the date again and keep pushing it back. I’ve never had an issue with Arron’s in the past 10 years up until I’ve dealt with this location. I just want the BRAND NEW*** bed and brand I ordered, not this bed you guys gave me that has stains on it. My thing is, and isn’t even comfortable. I’ve been patient and nice & at this point I feel like when we call the store reps aren’t any help whatsoever. The delivery guys are pretty chill to talk too & work with, it’s just the associates at the store.
