What is up with this Chad guy? He decided to come in a low income area and hassle people about money. He stays over hours and calls people after business hours, and before business even opens. Like man get a life. The items that people are renting at this location are already triple priced what they need to be so I feel like he can work with people much more than he does. Even if you tell this man, you are in the hospital on your you know what bed He will still tell you he need a little something towards your payment. He operates as if the only way he gets paid as if we make payments. I just don’t think he should be the manager there, It needs to be someone with a little more understanding and regards for human life. Can we please figure out how to get this man removed so many people will not come to this location all because of him. He also has a very negative attitude and is very rude and condescending. He had to come from sales or collections or something the way that he acts, I really don’t think this is a business for him. We all want you out Chad, please leave. Also, Samantha is amazing when she isnt letting Chad put a battery in her back. I say Samantha for manager!

The new manager chad does absolutely too much. He will sit up there calling people after hours if you don’t submit a payment fast enough within the same day. Like sir, clock out and go get a life, nobody is obligated to answer your calls after hours on the weekend like that’s not ok at all. He doesn’t like working with people when financial issues arise. If you need to extend a payment you will literally have to beg him. He acts like his life depends on payments. The items you guys are selling are already 5 times what they actually cost, literal scam. So i do feel like he needs to be more empathetic and understand.

The staff is not sympathetic to people who lose their jobs and they keep harassing me about payments and they said if I don't return the product or make a payment they would take legal actions. The staff names are Phil Billini Regional Mgr R1N and Samantha Smith from the Dunn ave location. Smh NEVER AGAIN 😔.

I currently have a product from them and it’s crazy to think you’d give a customer a product that isn’t even put together. The dryer is missing the door handle & have fought with the store for 3 months to get said part. No communication has been done. They just shrug their shoulders and don’t even care. Called again and spoke to the store manager apparently only to find out the part was never ordered!!! My kids have cut their fingers on this washer and won’t even replace it. It’s been a nightmare and yet I’m paying for this.
