I would recommend you go on Amazon or use Perpay bc this company is truly the definition of you’re getting less than you pay for. They professionalism is non existent and they will take weeks to deliver items but expect you to pay in the mean time. I can see why they gave herb class actioned multiple times.

I put in an order online submitted all documentation. And now they're wanting me to drive all the way there to show them another documentation because they say that their online process is different than inside the store. But I didn't apply inside the store I applied online and was approved and sent you all the paperwork so why am I having an issue getting my merchandise. Then the man on the phone was just so rude. Needs way more customer service training.

If I could give a place zero Stars I would give it to this place. I went through three separate washers in a row. None of them worked properly after being dropped off. And then they proceeded to tell me that they all work fine and that I'm a liar. Or I am causing the damage. The man who installed and dropped off was also horrible. Did not use Teflon tape and it was leaking everywhere. Also did not level it like it requires and did not install the dryer. Vent hose just pushed it against my wall. And he was extremely rude when I tried to tell him what was going on. He proceeded to tell me that he saw it work before he left. This place is a joke. Don't waste your money.

When I was late on a payment they gave me a window to pay for it and plus they was nice and didn't get up set about me being late they understood my situation and I appreciate that
