Garbage customer service. Employees will hang up on you when you tell them you’re filing bankruptcy. They lie to try and get you to turn in your items and i actually had one of the employees start yelling at me on the phone while i was on the phone with their manager. Completely unprofessional.

I would like to express my admiration for Mrs. Jackie. My husband and I have been loyal customers of this company since 2003, and we have only needed to return for assistance on one occasion. We have made purchases not only for ourselves but also with the intention of passing items down to our children and acquiring additional items. We recently completed a purchase of new furniture and electronics, and we are proud to be VIP customers. Thank you for the continued excellent service.

Mason was simply amazing! From start to finish explained everything, researched what I was looking for, and had it to me in 2 days! He deserves a raise! Delivery guys were so nice too! Definitely recommend these guys!

From setting up my agreement for my appliances was seamless. Customer service was excellent, nothing that I’ve experienced before ESPECIALLY with Ms. Jackie! She is heaven sent and a life saver.
