Aweful experience never go back to them ..paid online a week later still no laptop aweful manager on university Blvd ...lazy and can't even find my receipt for my payment !!!

I have a washer and dryer from here and just ordered a sectional from here as well. Everyone I talked to has always been very helpful. Jonathan, always goes above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. I would most definitely recommend this location.

I was told a delivery would take place at a certain time it did not. Manager Jason stated they would bring it back out in an hour and nobody showed up. Nobody contacted me when it was to be delivered the first time or when they didn't show up AGAIN. No one answered or returned calls either! Nor was I reimbursed!

I wanted to say thank you to the regional manager Daniel Perez. I called him up was looking for a twin mattress for My son and he was able to help me real fast and with a good price . If you want good service and good price please check out the renter center store on University blvd Also want To say thank you John he was very helpful also and nice .
