I bought Newman‘s items from Aaron. This place is the by for the worst customer service sucks and rude. I have a woman that hung up on me. They call before the time is ready to pay for the bill. This place sucks and rude to people that pay there bills this items that I have will be the last time I buy anything from this place ever again
jarvis and john john were exceptional with deliver easy quick and very professional! i really appreciate you two! and if you ever need anything from the store talk to ms cora, she makes stuff happen! ever have a bad experience ask for her she always makes everything right to make sure you get what you want!
I would like to say THANK YOU all for the terrific customer service. From the general manager to the delivery driver everyone treated me with compassion moving into a new place is not always easy with the help from Aaron's team, my daughter and I are very comfortable. Thanks a Bunch
The absolute worse place of business ever to rent from! The store manager cora is very rude and highly disrespectful I've had several run ins with these people and im an elderly sick woman, I've gave these people good business for three plus years never have missed a payment, always been on time, bought several merchandise from these folks, and a situation that has nothing to do with me she refused to let me rent anything else from them, every piece of merchandise I've bought from them was either used and always breaking down they give you trouble when you asked to have your things fixed, when you buy brand new things it should be new and when you faithfully pay your money they should fix what your paying for they shouldn't give you lip behind an issue they caused when from the jump it should have been brand new what you paid for! When I say I will never do business with these people unless they get new management immediately, their highly inappropriate and don't deserve my business any longer, I've bought four tvs in total and every single one has broken down they were suppose to fix it and brought loaner tvs & each of them were lower grade tvs than what I originally paid for.& DIDNT EVEN BRING A REMOTE! People work hard for their money so you shouldn't do dirty business or shady business like that! When you call coorperate they don't do a damn thing about it either. One thing is for sure they lost a value customer and anyone that actually works hard for their money if you value your money in times like it is now you wouldn't do business with these folks you would go elsewhere. Just the other day I made a complaint on Cora because she turned my business down and im still a paying customer faithfully, and still yet no response. I've had harassment after harassment with these folks, this lem turner location needs new management immediately!!!! THE whole reason to rent is because folks like myself are on a fixed income now and that's the whole reason to even rent, but to refuse business with someone over something that has nothing to do with a customer as myself shows the kind of "business woman" you are. How about fixing my merchandise that's breaking down that im still paying for and treating me like a value customer instead of treating me like im some dog. Sold product to another individual knowing it was fraudulant with my information. Dealt with the store manager in 2021 and was told it was taken care of. Well, now they have sent me to collections for $4800 - knowing this is not my stuff. Absolute trash company!!! Their reply - oh well, now you need to deal with collections. Stay away from this company!!!
John John and Mr. Jarvis and Mr. Ray went above and beyond. They went out of their way to help me with something in my home which is greatly appreciated. Customer service is wonderful Miss Cora the manager is also outstanding. Would recommend Aarons For all of your household needs.
I would like to thank Jon Jon and Jarvis for their excellent customer service when delivering my products. They were both very professional and respectful. Also Ms Cora at the lem Turner location is an amazing manager. She goes above and beyond to help anyway possible. I highly recommend this location.
