Had a double recliner dropped of, used, full of cat and dog hair, food crumbs in-between the back rest and seat, a stuck on layer of dust on the bottom rails, and the worse thing out of all was it was infested with bed bugs. they refuse to take it back because i live in section 8 housing which he pointed out explicitly. that's discrimination. yet they are demanding payment. Even their return comments to peoples reviews shows how much they care, its copy pasted and tells you to contact them. They never respond i been 3 weeks and made several follow up attempts with no response. So who ever your are from Aarons, replying to these reviews, don't waste your time or mine with a response as its meaningless.

They will lie to you, I was told they was gonna deliver today but never showed or call, I work 2 min away from my house and no one showed up, look at my security camera and no one show up, they lied to me and I recommend to not to do business here!!!!!

I just saw on facebook were a women who lost everything in a house fire was refused a lease forgiveness of a whopping $740. When you lose everything you need to watch every penny…. And it’s not a decision from corporate it’s from y’all.. Shameful… and then come to find out my cousin had issues with y’all too trying to cover up ripping up her floor. What A Joke🤣

I order a refrigerator from Aaron's 2 days before Christmas 24. I understand with the weather being bad the for almost 3 weeks. I call the store those weeks and told them not to deliver because of the bad road conditions of where I live. I called last week and we scheduled to have the fridge delivered on Wednesday, which is today. Now I have to wait until Monday. I wouldn't be surprised if I don't get it until July. But yet they will expect me to make payments on something that isn't in my house.
