I've been doing business with Aarons for a few years now. I paid off a TV, a TV stand , a soundbar and A PlayStation. Almost finished paying off a washer and dryer at the moment. And so far the experience has been easy and pleasant. My TV broke so I ordered one and the Aaron's s online app on the 17th of October,i was approved. I received a call from Aaron's on the 20th and was told it would be delivered the evening of the 22nd of October the 22nd turned into the 24th. On the 24th I was called and told the truck didn't come in would not come in until the 29th of October and that I would receive the TV Monday November 2nd. Very disappointed for having to wait almost 3 weeks for delivery of a TV that I was approved for.

The staff at the store was very friendly. Even though they were short drivers I was still able to get my new washer and dryer delivered and hooked up with no hassle. I appreciate you guys so much and Merry Christmas

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I recently received. During my interaction, I was repeatedly cut off while trying to explain. I found the representative to be unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. I had specific questions regarding my account, but instead of receiving assistance, I was met with rudeness and a lack of empathy. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Racheal was unhelpful. Her lack of professionalism and unwillingness to listen to my concerns only added to my frustration. I expected a higher level of customer service, especially from a manager. I hope you will address this matter and ensure that future interactions are more positive and supportive.

Worst location ever. The store manager and staff are rude and will not read their own contracts. We lost our house to a fire and per their contract are not supposed to be held reasonable for damages caused by fires, floods or acts of God. We followed the appropriate steps and still have one of the office ladies blowing up our phones, refusing to come get the couch and saying we are going to be held responsible for this incident. We have tried over and over to resolve the issue and return their property but they refuse to work with us and Corporate had to be called. Run!!! Don't walk from this location. Heaven forbid you suffer a tragedy only to be made worse by this store

The people were really nice, I rented a washer and dryer from them. It went real smooth. The only issue I have is that I was told they had ordered new merchandise for me, but I was actually given the floor model. As long as it works and the guarantee/warranty is active, I'm good. Better communication would have been more ideal, but it worked out okay.
