We rented a tv from there at 44.99 a month and they charged us $101.10. When this issue was brought to their attention they refused to abide by the agreement even after showing them the ad and the receipt for the 1st months payment. When asked for the customer service number the manager laughed it off and said she was not worried because the claim would just come back the her. Just absolutely the worst people to work with.

I’ve bought a couple different things from Aaron’s furniture and the last thing I bought was a bedroom seat bedroom suit come in and was extremely damaged. I’ve been trying to deal with him for the last month and a half closer to two months now every time you call you, get an answer of oh we’re dealing with the regional manager. I’ll get you an answer. Oh the regional manager is on vacation. Oh, he’s out of town. I will never buy from Aarons furniture again after this experience. this was all supposed to be brand new furniture never touched highly disappointed in the customer service that has been received from this location. Will never buy from Aaron‘s furniture again.

I’ve always had good experiences with both the sales representatives and delivery people they are nice, friendly, respectful, and will help in anyway they can. I highly recommend using them for your furniture and appliance needs. Also you can use my name and get $50 off your first bill!
