Aaron's has been my go-to store for when my appliances breakdown and reasonable and able to pay them off quickly
If I could leave 0 stars I would. They gave me a great deal on a dishwasher, then once we brought it home I found out why. It had bugs in it. Filed a complaint, was told regional manager would call and nothing been over a week. When I called the Boardman store the guy never even apologized he acting like it was normal. Thankfully we cleaned everything up, but I am disgusted, and so pissed that no one seems to take the situation seriously.
Dakota and Hunter are the best delivery men on earth. They took time to help and explain. Thank you for the true customer service. The washer and dryer are beautiful (I didn't understand the tech) and they answered questions I had w out them making me ask.
The guys showed up with my couch around 1 which was the perfect time! brought it in showed me how to set it up since I'm a girl and needed some muscle to help me out lol. They were very polite and respectful and we will be purchasing more items from them>
There are TWO people at this location that have REALLY helped my husband and I out because we have been loyal customers for years, but I was forced to call corporate for the first time yesterday because the sales manager was ridiculously rude, ignorant, and disrespectful to my husband when he tried to make a payment yesterday. He said to my husband, “Well, that won’t make a difference on your account…why would you even purchase furniture you can’t afford?” I tried calling the location THREE TIMES and NOBODY answered. First off, people come to your place of business because you’re allowing them to make payments on things they can’t afford out right and being flexible with them. Secondly, you don’t speak to loyal customers that have gone through your company FOR YEARS and paid off multiple things with no problem, and last but not least, who are you to judge your customers? I’m not one to really complain or unless people are extremely rude, to even place a call to corporate, but there was NO NEED for the attitude, the disrespect, and especially when you are ONE PERSON making the rest of your staff look like idiots. Maybe employee training should be a thing with required education for learning how to treat customers because a particular someone definitely needs it.
Great looking store especially after some renovations. Great staff eager to assist all customers. Come on in.
