Definitely a place to avoid. Sends offers and offers special pricing on new agreements over phone or email but once in store everything changes. Seems to me like really shady business practices/false advertising to get people in store. If anything Id recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Terrible customer service! Management is out to get people. Demands outrages amounts upfront for products not even worth what they charge. Call online department for help and get a full run around. Never shopping here again. Go to Rent A Center. At least they dont scam their customers! Would give negative 5 stars if possible!.

If I could give zero stars I would. Not sure if your products are used. From what I see on the site it says all appliances are suppose to be new. This must not be the case. Upon loading my washer tonight we discovered cockroach casings and cockroaches in the washer area. Just delivered today and I can tell you it’s not our home as we literally have lived here a week and got preventative maintenance done for bugs prior to moving in. This is disgusting. I’m pregnant and I can’t even tell you how much of a LIABILITY and HEALTH AND SAFETY hazard this is. Needless to say the washer and dryer is no longer in our home. Shame on your company. You will be hearing from us when you open in the morning.

I am new to the area and need a lot of furnishings for my new home. I have purchased stuff from Aarons in the past and have always had very positive experiences, one of the reasons I felt comfortable returning. I was the only customer there and was ready to spend quite a bit of money on a new bedroom set with mattress. I qualified for quite a bit, thats why i found it so strange that everything was for "store display only" or "out of stock". They literally would not sell me anything. The one mattress they would sell me, the most basic of basic had a listed price of $800, but representative told me that price was just the matteress and he had to order box spring which Would increase price to $1300+ .. I just found it to be the strangest situation, and have no problem spending my money elsewhere.

Great experience today with this store! I had went online for a washer and dryer set, thinking I could get it delivered the same day... I called when the store opened to see if it would be, I was told they only get deliveries on Tuesdays so that's when I'd get the set... I needed it today! The manager offered to get me a set until tuesday and exchange it once I get my other set delivered.. went into the store ended up liking what they had more than I set I planned on getting to begin with so I decided to go with the on in store... took care of a few signatures and helped load up my washer and dryer! They offered to take care of the online order I had placed so it wouldn't be delivered! Highly recommend this Aaron's!
