The Manager Tyler is extremely rude. If he doesn’t like what you have to say he will slam the phone down on you. I guess this is the new way to give “GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE” I have been in customer service for 20 plus years and never experienced a manager act like this. I guess Aaron’s is training them to get loud with customers and hang up on them. They delivered a dirty used mattress that was warped. They had just pulled off. All they had to do was turn back around and pick it up. They had just pulled off.

They never answer the phone there never on time and they will repeatedly lie to you I called 3x yesterday and every time they said they were going to deliver my items and they never showed up so unprofessional I highly recommend you not to do business with this Aaron rental

I went in to this Aaron’s an hour before they closed around 6pm. No one greeted me. A black male employee sitting behind a glass at a computer, looked at me yet never acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. The female employee that I called a few minutes before I got there to let her know I was coming to look at what sectionals they have was no where to be found. I sat for a bit then asked the male where she was and all he said to me is that she was in the bathroom then he turned and ignored me. She NEVER came out after I sat there for about 15 mins. I don’t think that they wanted to help anyone an hour before they closed. So very rude.

I'm a Aarons renter. I have 2 moreonths of payment for my washer and dryer...Had the unit to be replaced with no problems. Great service, and on time if there's a need from the service team. Alexis is helpful, thoughtful and professional! Check them out you won't be disappointed.

Definitely a hit and miss with this location or maybe Aaron's period...... My payment failed to go through because it was on the wrong card, and I was receiving a call literally 30 minutes later to handle the payment. But when my product was delivered to me last month damaged I was told that the manager would contact me about it, but I have YET to get that call. But hey, money on products!!!! Let's go Aaron's!!!
