I’m very dissatisfied with the lady that works in the front desk , she gave me a computer that doesn’t work. With out a cord , and she has this passive careless attitude and made me go from store to store trying to find a working computer , so just be aware when getting electronics from this store I. 1st street to try them off if they work. Cuz then it’ll find yourself running around the city of Abilene and not getting what u planned on having

Went into store on North First in Abilene Texas on Thursday July3, 2025. spoke to a manager about my washer and was guaranteed a loaner washer on Saturday July 5,2025. The paperwork also had “Call before delivery “. Now it is 3:30 pm on Saturday, July 5, 2025, no call. I called store and was told that delivery person came by but did not call. The delivery person informed manager that he was already off work and there was nothing he could do about it. I have never had this problem with this one store. I am completely upset and very disappointed. I hope that there is some sort of solution and that the delivery person gets in to some trouble. If paperwork says call first than do it. There are reasons customers ask for this.

If I could give the customer service verification department a zero I would give them one. I am livid right now. I ordered a recliner online and paid for it and the next 2 days I received a call from the verification department asking me questions about my EX HUSBAND, what street he had lived on, we have been divorced for over 22 years and he passed away 3 years ago. How am I supposed to know what street he lived on? I haven’t seen him since we were divorced. We had no reasons to keep up with each other! I received a email stating since I didnt know the questions about him, I was denied and couldn’t reapply for another 60 days!! WTH, don’t worry I will NOT be reordering anything from Aarons and if I have anything to say about it neither will any of my friends and family!! I am going back to Rent a center as I have bought from them and had no problems.

Is Aarons expensive? Absolutely. But that’s kinda what you’re paying for. They cater to lower or no credit and you don’t have to fulfill your lease until the end and can have it sent back with zero issues. I love this is available when you’re in a pinch and can’t spend $800 on a mattress on the spot or whatever you may need. Sean has been nothing short of fantastic! He’s my go to and is very polite. They helped me out when I moved down here with absolutely nothing to my name and now I’m doing great! Keep doing what your doing Sean!
