Electronics are overpriced, the furniture is cheaply made and half the staff won't identify themselves on the phone while outright lying to customers. The worst part is the lying. You call them to arrange a slight delay on the payment, they verbally agree and then hit you with an autopay (that you didn't want) that puts your bank account into the negatives (which is what you were trying to avoid) l, all the while acting like "oopsie". As soon as the current contracts are done, my wife and I will NEVER do business with these scammers again.

Did the promo and went n pikd up today due to not being able to be delivered til Monday the 17th. Needed it before then so talked to the store manager Scott, pikd up today and it was without issues. Got home and found Washer did not come with New Water Hoses to connect water to washer. So far seems to be working ok. True test comes with washing a few loads to see how clean they get. Thank u to the team for an effortless pikup and thank u to the young men who loaded it on my power chair carrier on our vehicle.

⭐ if I can leave 0 Stars This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a furniture store. We’ve been rescheduled three different times in the same month for the delivery of our bed and TV. When I called to get answers, I spoke with Sal, who claimed to be the manager. Not only was he unprofessional, but he also said he had “no power” to fix the repeated mistakes being made. If management can’t manage their own store or deliveries, that says a lot about how this location is being run. At this point, it feels like they don’t even want to make a sale. Absolutely ridiculous and beyond disappointing—save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

This store, Scott and every single employee have went above and beyond! I've been a customer for many years, and we've went through tough times, and we've never been looked down on, or looked as anything less because of this amazing store. Every single time I walk into the store it's like walking into a friend's place, always greeted with a smile, and warm welcome. Talking with someone over the phone is no different! Amazing people! Amazing customer service! Thank you so much for making a huge difference in lives of your customers! 💜💜💜

We ordered a washer and dryer from Aaron’s we had a set picked out and I prefer the washer without an agitator in it but that’s just me and how I am and what I like and I received one with an agitator not even the brand or color I had picked out it was a completely different set. I am very unhappy and disappointed with Aaron’s.
