The appliance was exactly as described. Delivery was quick. The delivery men, Oscar and Gary where very friendly and professional. They explained every thing in detail. I highly recommend rent a center on Mockingbird in Abilene. Thank you Cesar for recommending a new rental. We were needing a new fridge, but hadn't decided yet until you reached out to us.

I paid all of my furniture off including my double door refrigerator in march of last year. In the recent November my refrigerator went out losing over $300 worth of groceries. It wasn’t cooling. I paid insurance through rent a center on my refrigerator every month in case something like this happened so I called and talked to Marsha. She said someone would be out that day. No one ever came. A week or two goes by and I call again. She says she never talked to me and said she’d send someone out again. No one ever showed up. This has spanned over a couple of months. Luckily I had a friend give me a refrigerator to use until they come and get mine and fix it. After multiple conversations about someone coming to fix my refrigerator that I paid insurance on through them monthly, no one came and I decided to trash the refrigerator and take my card details off of the payment portal. I just received a call about not paying my monthly appliance insurance The unprofessionalism and lack of care in this situation is so beyond me. I definitely recommend going somewhere else because once you pay your items off and continue to pay the insurance they do not honor it. They are a scam and do not care about their customers unless they are actively getting payments for the items even if you pay for the insurance as well. As a customer of rent a center for 4 years, they are a joke.

I have been with this store a couple of years and have paid off a washer and dryer so far. I appreciate all the kindness and professionalism here. Marsha is awesome, as well as Gary and Oscar. And the other workers there have also been helpful and always greet upon walking in. Any time I have had a question they have been there to help and answer and patient. Great job 🥳 - Jess
