Store manager got on the phone and was yelling at me. I've never even talked to her before. Not very good customer service.

We found the perfect shaise lounge today and will be sitting on it in our house THIS Thursday. Great selection, amazing customer service and highly recommend!

Lost a great customer. Didn't follow up when said they would and even though the new stuff was in store they couldn't take 30 mins to deliver it for company coming due to my having surgery so they lost our business and having the Love seat recliner picked up. I'm sure they could have worked something out had they wanted to keep a good customer. UPDATE: thank you to the manager Emma Bowles!! She contacted me and got everything arranged and already delivered, she's a wonderful manager and I really appreciate everything she did for us!!

I have been with Aaron's for over 3 years. They are friendly and I love my new couch. The delivery men were very nice and caring. I will never shop anywhere else. Gratitude for all your customer love. I just love my couch and the Aaron's water is the better ever! See you all soon. I'm feeling like a computer is needed next!
