Manager Ray is very rude and unprofessional. How as a manager are you going to be rude to a customer and then hang up on them.? I have seen multiple reviews all saying the same thing as far back as 7 years. How does this man treat people the way he does and still have a job? Making threats, being disrespectful and rude, hanging up on customers, and disregarding of company policy is absolutely absurd for him to still have the title he does. To actually have someone call you back when you call customer service you have to request for someone higher than the regional manager to contact you.
Ray the Manager was unprofessional, inappropriate in handling my situation and has caused me to never want to do business here again. I tried to call the Corporate Office to voice my concerns and that conversation went nonresponded to. They have lost an on time paid in full customer for good. And sending a email does not work neither like they say. I know you say you appreciate me bringing this to your attention, but no one does anything to fix the problem at all.
I highly recommend avoiding this location. The manager Ray is highly discriminatory and prejudice. He makes threats to customers as well as inappropriate remarks. Most certainly not the professional conduct you would expect from a leasing agency. Douglas Lindsay should certainly remove this man from the corporate roster.
I'm appalled by Ray's behavior towards women, including my wife. She has a recording of him making threats in a menacing tone. Thankfully, we have evidence thanks to her quick thinking. After reviewing online feedback, it's clear this isn't an isolated incident – many women have shared similar horrific experiences with him. This raises serious concerns about liability. We'll be pursuing this matter vigorously and expect accountability.
Now I will say that this store is awesome. I will also say due to some struggles I had to let some things go back but when I finally was able to get it back the manager allowed me to continue my payments and Ray and the rest of the staff is awesome they're totally willing to work with you during the pandemic and struggling times and if you spot what you want they'll even make sure you can get it if it's not in stock at there store
