Ashley is my quintessential go-to for furniture. I live in Staunton, but go to the Waynesboro store because the selection is better and the people are fantastic. I stopped by months ago, just browsing, and was greeted by the absolute best salesperson, Shahee. When I was finally ready to move forward with a purchase, I went back to this store and to Shahee to make my purchase. He is super personable and knowledgeable. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this store for all your furniture needs ... go see Shahee!!!

Worst furniture store ever. I bought new living room furniture and paid for delivery because I'm a 100% disabled vet and can't lift. The delivery guys were embarrassed. They said my 3 tables had a broken leg and a huge crack down the middle before they left the warehouse. During the drive, one broke in half completely. I sent them back. I've been calling for a refund for a month. They won't even return my calls. They stole my money and pretend that they can't tell whether the tables were sent back. Garbage store. Their delivery drivers were great, too bad the store manager doesn't care about his customers.

We stopped to look at couches, Shahee helped us and was phenomenal. He was not pushy, gave us space to think and look things over. He understood when it came to what we were looking for, and actually LISTENED. Very pleased and will definitely come see him for anymore furniture needs we have. We had been to so many stores prior to this stop, and what had us sold was the 0% interest but also Shahee's attitude and professionalism:) thank you!!!!!

My wife and I decided it was time to upgrade our couch after 13 years and two kids later. She (the boss) found the one she wanted and it is so comfortable absolutely great service from start to finish. The gentleman that delivered our couch where the nicest down to earth group of guys you could ask for. I’m not sure what they’re paid but it’s not enough.

Will is such a professional here he helped me and my wife find the dresser and nightstand we needed to make our home feel more at home being from Charlottesville furniture is so expensive there it's nice to come over the mountain to Waynesboro and find an Ashley store that makes you feel at home with so many styles and materials it really feels like you step into someone else's home will greet us made us feel at home and I recommend everybody to come over here and give them a shot their stuff is marked respectfully they're not price gouging at all I recommend anybody who's looking for furniture come over to Waynesboro to the Ashley store and give will a shot to try to help you out

My grandmother recently purchased two couches from Ashley Furniture in Waynesboro, VA. Her salesperson, Will, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He provided her with an initial price, and when she asked if there was any flexibility, he was able to offer a better deal. It was clear that his priority was building lasting relationships with his customers.

Excellent service Marty is very knowledgeable and helpful. No pressure sales. Google reviews were looked at before coming in to shop. Marty’s name is all over the 5 stars she is the person you want to wait on you!
