I haven’t had one positive experience with this place. Not only did I get the run around when trying to purchase a couch, everyone I called each person had a different excuse of where my furniture was the day it was being delivered. Waited all day for it and it never showed, then had to wait an extra 2 weeks for their mistake. Also, If there’s even the slightest chance you might have to make a late payment then get ready for the threatening voicemails of how your a thief and they are going to add an extra fee on top of the late fee. I’ve never dealt with a business that has such rude people as this place does. I will be paying this couch off and never using Aaron’s again. I would rather go to RAC & pay more for better quality furniture and a nicer group of people.

Haven’t had my bedroom set delivered yet but they are already much better to deal with than rent a center. Great customer service!

Amanda the store assistant and the Bryan General manager are beyond awesome they go above and beyond to make sure we r satisfied and always happy indo have to say Amanda deserves a bonus or something every time we r here which is a lot she's always more then helpful

Do nor recommend this store I have rented with them for years. Not once but twice did "the system" boot me off of autopay but they waited 90 days before they called or came by and racked up late fees. The first time I paid them and assured everything was good it then happened a second time with almost $400 in late charges. Then attempted for weeks to get them to just come get the merchandise back and could never get ahold of the general manager (who is one of the rudest people I've ever done business with) finally had to call corporate to get any help results!
