Exteeamly rude employees, if you shop here just go to a different location. They're always extremely disrespectful for no reason. Im ready to just sit my stuff from them outside and have them come get it I'd rather throw my money in the trash than to shop with these horrible people again. I can't believe they even have people working here who think it's okay to even talk to people so nasty when they have to help you.
I've used their services a few times over the last few years. They were able to locate items I've needed quickly. Staff at this location are great and very helpful. Thank you.
Walked in the store with nothing intentions to buy anything, but was looking at a queen mattress set and one of the managers approached me. She asked me if I needed help with anything and we was talking about the set. She ended up talking to me about the mattress set and explained the payment plan with me as well. I ended up buying the mattress set and she even hooked me up with some great deals. Definitely would recommend them to anyone else. Very respectful and the delivery drivers were very kind and respectful to my house and followed my instructions very well. Definitely 5 stars for sure

I was satisfied with just paying my bills and owning my property but there are additional benefits to doing such with this company and they did not disappoint.

This is the best rent a center around. They were so helpful getting us a good deal on a washer and when we had a problem with it (something malfunctioned, it wasn't their fault) they immediately sent someone to deliver us a new one at the same price. If you're needing any kind of appliances or furniture I would recommend them to anyone!
