Terrible company good paying customer treated like shit made all payments on time till recently tried messaging them and got no response found out they came to my house and put flyers all over my sisters car they won’t work with you if you are late on a payment I’ve tried reaching out when I have time I’m at work all day and part of the night tried reaching out today to set a day to pay my full past due balance but no reply at all… and they have contacted someone who isn’t even on my account and that person didn’t tell me the account was past due until I found out today

The worse place ever they lied about everything they said they was going to do. Blocked us in from leaving so my girlfriend couldn't go to her cancer treatment. Worse company ever. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

I have been renting here for over a year and I love everybody that works there. I have had billings issue and instead of penalizing me, they work with me every two weeks and the billing. I would recommend everyone to rent from this location.

Extremely friendly people, never had issues with them at all. Washer and dryer worked perfectly for 8 months.

I recently had such a great experience at Rent-A-Center! Danielle was amazing - she greeted me with a warm smile and really took the time to help me search for the perfect piece for my home. She had great suggestions and made the visit so easy and fun! I didn’t find the perfect one - this time, but I will definitely be back. Christmas is coming after all! Thank you Danielle for the exceptional help much appreciated😀
