I would definitely rate them more but it's really difficult to when you really need to get ahold of them and call them over and over and over and absolutely no one answers the phone and it's during business hours!! How are you supposed to do any business or help your customers if you refuse to pick up the phone? Honestly just because of this I'm starting to regret leasing anything from them!! I want to lease from a company that I can actually get ahold of. Really sad. Edit: I was told by the owner in my review to send my complaint to there customer experience email and a manager would get back to me to talk about it? Well that was over a month and a half ago and still haven't received anything from anyone. Yes the prices are decent but the not being able to get ahold of anyone when you really need to is still a big problem!!!

Highly would not recommend renting from this store. I walked into the store recently hearing the general manager Katesha yelling at her employees in front of customers. Very unprofessional. She's causing the store to lose customers by the day by doing this and I use to enjoy going to this location and thought I would give it another shot, but nope. She doesn't care about the customers or employees at all. Seems like so many people I used to work with there for my needs quit out of fear, disrespect, lack of training, professionalism, and I don't blame them. I will be taking my business elsewhere because just walking in there once felt like I was on a reality tv show. These are the type of managers you hear about with failed businesses that can't keep customers or employees, not being the right fit for the position they are asked to do and push people away vs bringing in business and supporting their team. Especially on employee appreciation week of all weeks! With her running the store I don't see this location lasting much longer.

Melissa the sales manager is wonderful. Kind understanding and explained things really well. However , the general manager ( not sure how to spell her name but it starts with a K I believe) Anyway she was so rude and downright mean IMHO... we had a financial set back and we needed to put our payment back for 1 week. She wouldn't let me and made me feel awful for even asking . She said that they would come and pick up our stove if we couldn't make our payment on time , even come that day. Her words were cutting and threatening! I was floored. In all the years we have used Aaron's and a few times of having to ask for a type of grace period, I was never treated this badly. Its not like we have been a bad customer . I even tried to change our due date to align better with our pay periods and she wouldn't budge. She made me feel like I was a bad person for asking. She showed zero compassion for our situation and was mean in her tone. People are going to have things happen in life , but when they call ahead of time and try to work something out there is no reason to treat them so badly adding to the heartache of what they are already dealing with. I do not and will not ever understand this mentality and after this stove is paid off we will never use this Aaron's ever again. We do not deserve this type of unprofessional behavior, we are a customer and consumer who are paying her paycheck. We have other avenues and will no longer recommend them to family and friends. I feel after reading other reviews that the corporate office needs to take a good hard look and make some changes to reassure the consumers that you care about the people who use your business and a heartfelt apology should be given! This quote is fitting. While I do remember what she said , what is crystal clear is how she made me feel and I know I didn't deserve it ...

If I could give negative I would! Whoever the payments lady is needs a course in customer treatment! How would she like it if someone talked to her family the way I’ve heard her talk to my brother who had his card info stolen and had to cancel his card till he got a new one and she wouldn’t extend the payment or anything and proceeded to yell at my brother I could hear her across the house and my dad thought that my brother was fighting with someone she was so rude and loud! And the things she said were not cool by any means again how would she like it if someone talked to her family like that and said those things and behaved that way?! She probably wouldn’t like it and would feel the same way I am right now. That’s just rediculous learn some manners and customer service

Honestly the customer service has just been bad lately. I used to love Aaron’s and Rory and the store manager have always been amazing. But the past few times I’ve called and communicated with Melissa she made me feel like I was not cared for. I asked to have a confirmation email that my autopay was canceled (as I no longer had any items from Aaron’s) and she said they would get to it later and we’re just “too busy” to send one while she had me on the phone. I only asked for the urgency because she had also not put me on the original schedule to have my items picked up, which I had confirmed twice already with her. I hardly leave reviews, but I felt like no one cared after I had given my business to Aaron’s for over a year…
