Liz is just amazing! I currently have a beautiful Samsung washer and dryer set that works great and a queen Serta matress that is super comfy and it's all thanks to Liz! She is understanding, compassionate, yet a professional in her role at Aarons providing high quality customer satisfaction! Go in and give her and her team a visit. They are kind and well knowledgeable of their products. You won't leave disappointed!

Very poor service. I can't even pay my account off! Because not once, not twice, but multiple times, there "systems are down"...but they can still charge interest. And can't answer the phone!

Horrible place. Do not go here. If you know what's good for you they will harass you. Threaten you just downright rude and not worth your money I have tried to make two payments before my due date they declined both then when I got back from my on the road job went in again and they were trying to charge me a late fee???? Even tho I already tried to pay so now they are call me non stop witch is harassment!!! And the so cold manger older lady is the one responsible for all of this if corporate happens to see this review. Please get in contact with me! Mind you the item I was paying on has not been working to add on to the entire situation... DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Over the years we’ve done a lot of business with errands but in the last six months we’ve been treated rudely and when they say they’re coming to pick something up they don’t. they take forever to do things. I’ve been waiting three days to get things picked up. I’m done I’ll sell what I got, and I’ll never pay a single penny to them, if you want to have good service go to a different Aaron’s don’t go to this one. Liz used to be nice. She is extremely rude right now.
