Rent-A-Center is a national rent-to-own chain with 1,948 stores across all 50 states, reaching communities from Lawrence, Massachusetts and Kissimmee, Florida to Harlingen, Texas and Booneville, Mississippi. Launched in 1973 in Wichita, Kansas, it was the first national chain to scale the rent-to-own model, building standardized showrooms stocked with new, name-brand merchandise. Stores carry furniture, appliances, electronics, computers, mattresses, gaming, and smartphones on flexible weekly or monthly lease agreements, and like most rent-to-own stores they typically do not require a traditional credit check. Rent-A-Center holds a 4-star Google rating across more than 152,000 reviews. Compare Rent-A-Center on VRTO alongside other rent-to-own stores near you, with hours, ratings, and what each carries.

Workers or owner is allowing people to damage personal vehicles in the parking lot they don’t own. This issue needs to be corrected or relocate your rental vehicles outside of the main parking lot.
This is the worst location I’ve ever had the misfortune of doing business with I’ve been a rent a center customer for 20 years and they have lost my business if I could give zero stars I would the people there are super rude and they will charge you every fee they can think of I’m going to tell everyone I know to avoid this location like the plague if you’re smart you would too you’ll be sorry if you do business with them absolutely horrible people and customer service
Karl is an amazing associate and he helped me get into the bed and dresser set that I wanted and it’s perfect fit for myself and my home. I will continue to use rent a center and tell everyone.
Michelle is the employee who helped me with this rental agreement, she helped make my first experience with RAC the easiest and most memorable. Michelle was very knowledgeable and patient, which made it easier for me to follow as she explained the policy of my agreement to me. Not to mention, she was also able to save me money, which means a lot to me right now! I will be requesting Michelle to help me again for future rental agreements, and I will definitely be referring her to friends and family! Thank you Michelle!
We had a fantastic experience here yesterday! The young man who helped us at first was super respectful, explained everything really well and was very helpful. The store manager is an exceptional woman who truly cares about helping her community. She stayed late to make sure our paperwork was done and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. I would give her 10 stars if I could!
