We can't say enough good things about Aaron's Furnishing Company. Our company places families displaced by house fires into temporary housing, and when a local family lost their home, Aaron's team stepped up in a way we rarely see. They worked with our team to help coordinate furnishing for a home within 24 hours so the family could walk into a warm, comfortable, move-in-ready space during the hardest week of their lives. Their communication was outstanding from start to finish — quick responses, constant updates, and a genuine willingness to work around the clock to make it happen. So upset. I was so happy my new bed was going to be delivered. Made special plans so I could get it put together before work. TILL I ENDED UP HAVING TO CALL IN TO WORK BECAUSE THE DELIVERY NEVER SHOWED UP!

The manager Cheyenne is very rude, hateful and annoying. Givin my reasons I gave my furniture back, she is 90% the reason why. Plus the furniture yall had, wasn’t even comfy. It was like sitting on sandpaper. Cheyenne isn’t just rude. She treats her customers very poorly. She yells at them. She is the reason I gave my furniture back. Didn’t want to deal with her rudeness. Never renting furniture from here again. She has very poor customer service skills. The only way I’ll get furniture from them again, is if Cheyenne isn’t the manager.
I've been going to Aaron's for the last 8 years since I moved to Idaho we have always had Trish and Andrea they were awesome never had any issues and then they got rid of that staff and has a new manager Cheyenne that is rude to customers and staff and I seen it personally when I was there making a payment. Get told does not matter what Ez pay says my account is behind because they do not do weekly payments but on there website it offers it and before you even set it up it says what you have to pay to get it started. I was having bank issues and with my husband getting paid weekly direct deposit were having issues finding a new bank and do it fast enough it doesn't dely his check l. I had to set up easy pay again and account says I'm current but I'm getting phone calls twice a day for her to tell me its behind very poor customer service esp if your representing the company I do not recommend anyone to go here kinda stuck since we have already put so much into our lease to loose that money definitely once everything is paid not going through them again and would not recommend anyone to go to them at least the Idaho falls location. Only good thing is the delivery driver the man and woman very nice professional
