I've had to cancel my order twice now because this store is actually that disfunctional and stupid. I cancelled the first time because they took too long, a week longer than given, to get the product there and NEVER called to schedule delivery. Apparently, they had a manager change, but the new GM, his name is Bruce, isn't all that savvy with technology and doesn't know how to look at a list and differentiate the difference between a cancelled order and a new one placed and asks questions that are irrelevant and personal to anything needed to be known by a furniture salesman, let alone a stranger...left a note on my new order so that whoever I spoke to to get my order delivered (because I did have to call to get my order scheduled for delivery unlike how they say that they'll call, they don't) would forgo scheduling my order for delivery and setup a call with Bruce so he can further harass for no apparent reason but to claim that he needed to make sure the order was correct after new person I spoke to had zero problem with it and was halfway through scheduling delivery before putting me on hold and came back on the line saying he needed to take my information, which had already been given, so that he could have Bruce call. It's none of your business, Bruce, if I changed my mind about getting furniture at your store or somewhere else. It's not your place to question it. It's not your place to press for more information about it. It's not relevant to anything to do with me buying furniture at your store. You had no right to gatekeep, and why you would I'll never know because you lost a $500/month order, so that's pretty stupid on your part. You have a business to run, not customers to harass. I've rented from Rent-A-Center before, got beds and a living room suit. Never had a problem with them. I'm sorry to MYSELF for having bothered to have given y'all a chance. What a lame experience, and a waste of time. I even gave y'all a second chance, hoping somebody just had a bad morning, but it just isn't your business if I changed my mind. And, FYI, I didn't say I got furniture somewhere else, what I said was, "I found something else." And who cares if I did, or ended up changing my mind and coming back to your store to go ahead and get what I'd changed my mind on about? It's NONE of your business!!! Learn basic customer service, don't EVER ask personal questions. EVER. Point. Blank. Period.

Purchased a whirlpool washer August 2025. End of September 2025 it stopped working. mid October 2025 they finally came to pick it up for service where I was given a TINY loaner. 5 MONTHS I WAITED TO GET MY WASHER BACK FOR IT TO LAST 1 week and it’s doing the same thing it was doing in the first place. I have been given the run around from everyone including corporate and Alex at the Hattiesburg location about where my washer was and when I would get it back!! At this point yall can just come take it and stick it where the sun don’t shine!! Now I’m out a washer and $1,000! Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Love my local Aaron’s store! I’ve purchased a few times at this location, I usually do 120 same as cash offer, but with my W&D I was unable to, I still paid it off but that’s not the point lol. However, if you make your payments, communicate with them, etc. Everything will go smoothly! Their manager is awesome, very customer friendly and professional. The delivery guys I always encounter every time I order are funny, professional and kind. Overall 10/10. Of course if there are more things I want or even if I want to do small updates in furniture or electronics I’ll always use Aaron’s :)

Very bad business. You are better buying a new set at Home Depot and leaving it behind if you just need a unit temporarily which is why I rented a new GE washer dryer set. The washer never worked. It just stops mid cycle and them lights blink on it. I took months for them to finally pick it up to supposedly for repair. Then it took 4 months for me to get the unit back. I was given a loaner, but the buffoons who installed it used hoses with micro filters which instantly became clogged and stopped it from working. I only realize this AFTER they removed the loaner. So after getting it back from "repair" it just did the same thing. They tried to blame it on water pressure, but I have standard pressure (after replacing their micro-filtered hoses with regular hoses). So now the unit is paid for I own it and it's broken and I cannot get any real help. It should have been replaced with a new unit day one. Finally, I had White's electronics pick it up and they fixed it in two days and voilà, it now works like a charm ($218 later). So as a summary, I bought a new washer dryer set, got 0 use out of it while I was paying for it over the last year and got zero help from Aaron's (I even spoke to district manager about this, he did nothing but deliver my broken washer back to me), who sold it to me as brand new and zero help from GE who manufactured the defective washer. I am still working on the pile of clothes I accumulated over the year as you can imagine and I spent thousands on new clothes I didn't really need so I would have clean stuff to wear. Next time I will just go to Home Depot or Lowes and buy a set and bring it back if it doesn't work. One lesson from this whole ordeal is that Arron's generally deals with people who are low income and treats them as such charging them 200% retail and offering zero customer service or warranty and their is nothing they can do about it. There is nothing anyone can do for that matter unless your time is worth nothing then maybe small claims court or something of that nature. Most of us just don't have the time or energy for this, so, like me, they just cut their losses while Aaron's stacks cash.

Got a pre leased 4k smart TV at half the original cost in perfect condition. Called over the phone & they had most of the paperwork done when we arrived to pick it up. Great service.
