I couldn’t get it delivered because they said I had to pay 100$ upfront even though there was a special for 1$ for the first week.

Absolutely horrible..I made arrangements for them too pick up merchandise a day before my payment was due therefore I owed them nothing and they tried too ping my banking account 4 times wow just wow your customer service absolutely sucks the best thing you have going for you is Ty he's so nice

I haven’t talked to anyone. Just a few texts. Got a text with delivery info but that information has not been updated on the app or website. We just winging it and hoping for the best.

Wouldn't rent to me because it shows I'm 2 miles outside of their "service area". Even though I told them my address takes to you further down the road than you're supposed to go and that sitting in my living room it says I'm 29 miles away. That's ok though, take the one star and keep your nonexistent 2 miles. You would have had a loyal customer.
