Save your money up. Try and stay away from places like this. This is the worst company and Aaron’s club is bs. I’ve paid $2500 for a $500 product plus paying $13 a week for insurance on the product. They lied and said the club covers scratches screen cracks. They don’t. You have to jump through hoops to get them to help you with any claim. Most of the discounts and crap they have are useless. Never used. Just paying for nothing. The app and the website is like from the 80’s. Never work properly. Screen broke. You mean to tell me you can’t/ won’t fix it. Replace it. After all I’ve paid to you and insurance and was still paying for the bs insurance after paid the cheap product off. Needed a little help with a move. You mean to tell me I’ve way over paid you for a $500 product and you can’t help me move my product. Ray is rude the other ones are no better. Then they constantly call, text, email like I’m actually going to fall for their crap again. The deals they send are bs and is not tailored towards you. Don’t fall for it. Everyone gets that same fake deal and it’s not a deal at all. Fooling you to get in. I hope you get sued again. That crap is ridiculous. Oh, bought another product from them. Of course, they charged waaay more than what it’s worth. Something is wrong with it. You think they tried to fix it, replace it? No. Hooked it up for one second, if they did that , boxed it up, brought it back. And this is after a month and a half of them having it. I had to call that bs insurance and them to find out what’s going on. They’re just lazy holding it there. The drivers are always drunk. Aaron’s and rent a center is a scam. Save your money and go somewhere else. All insurance is a scam. Including asurion. Then want to charge late fees on top if you’re late. Was Late only once. And I let him know. They still charged me. Late one day. Never again.

Waited in store for ten minutes before he could even get off his chair to acknowledge me. Very rude. Told me just go home do it online. Needed to furnish a new home and already had preapproved leasing power. Then I did the online order and they called saying it was canceled after 3 days 😂 don’t use this location

Rude and terrible customer service... I would definitely skip this location unless you like being talked to like crap and being hung up on. Lol other than that just a usual Aarons.

I just want to thank the woman that helped me today by letting me stand inside when I didn't feel safe after I had an issue with a psychopath following me from a nearby bus stop. I appreciate you so much
