They are very friendly and helpful in any way way they can be. Always loved coming here to get any of the furniture or anything they we have needed. Whenever I want to rent to own I will always choose 12th st aarons. I recommend them to everyone.

DONT COME TO AARON'S!!!!! I should have known better when my husband got a NEW freezer and it broke within the first year! We lost a whole deer and over $400 in food! They told us it's not their problem and that we still have to finish paying. By that point we only had a few payments and they finally just let our contract go. However we needed new TV and years had passed. I thought maybe we would try them again. When we went to this location a guy named Robbie did our sale. The whole time he kept saying " I got you a really nice deal". When asking what the deal was he would just laugh and continue talking. Then he rushed us the whole contract process. I was trying to read it and he was very rude and would say " the lines right there just sign it". I stated I'm allowed to read this, no? Then he stated that there was a $10 monthly fee is we wanted a warranty for our TV, which we got. After then very first payment I called into the manager because our payments were almost $20 a month higher then what we were told and the warranty fee was not $10, but more! The manager (female) told me this store is known for doing this. That she would talk to her staff but I was in a contract now and just needed to pay my bills, but we could remove the warranty. AFTER she removed it THEN she tells me we can't ever add it back so if anything happens it's on us! I asked we she wouldn't tell me before hand and she said I should have known! A month later our remote broke! Then a few months we were going to be a few days late. I always informed them before the bill was due. Yet every time they would call me 3-6 times a day with different numbers and send people out and charge me a fee for this. Then Robbie would call me multiple times to the point I asked staff, the manager, as well as Robbie to please stop calling me as he has made me very uncomfortable and has stated odd things to me. Before my last payment he calls me again and says I have one payment left. I said please don't call me and he stated " when it's your last payment I will call you again and try to make you buy something else with us" today was my very last payment... He called a hour after I made it. I told him to never call me again. I've locked there number so much it's harassment now. I know you might be in a bind and need something, but it's not worth coming here!

Denise, the general manager, is the most impersonal disrespectful manager I’ve dealt with in my life. I have leased with Aaron’s for almost a year and half…. A single couch. This couch has never been over 10 days late in payment. To this day if I have to let it go over a few days I am bombarded with calls and now a “visit” which costed me $13. I have asked numerous times to not be called when I’m late and that I am always aware I’m late and it will be paid. To which I am told that “it is her job” usually followed by an obvious explanation of what her job entails. I understand everyone has a job and in no way am I trying to get in the way of hers. But to call me every other month completely disregarding my request and the fact I always pay is a crossing a line to me. I have went as far as to block their number from this…. Which they then sent people to my home and had me pay $13.

Husband went in earlier this week to get a couch, had awesome customer service at the store even when their computers took a dump. They delivered the couch today and Robbie and his partner (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) were beyond amazing!!!!!!! They didn’t give up trying to get my couch up three flights of stairs in 90° weather. They were freaking legends today! I had to give them some water and popsicles for being so wonderful!!!!! Thank you again guys!!!!!!!!!!!

AMAZING, friendly, and helpful staff. Always welcoming and willing to work with you on your needs upon visiting this location. I had some issues with the other location in Erie and was shocked at the difference in customer service at this location. I have been an Aarons customer for a few years and give this store a 5/5. General manager is very accommodating and his staff is very friendly.
