I would beware of this place they are nice to you when you go to rent from them then they bring my furniture to my house damaged my furniture told me they were going to take 3 months off which was like 585 dollars never did every month before the beginning of the month when I get my checks the week prior they called me telling me their concerned I'm late I'm not late My payment ain't did the 5th of the month and they're calling me a week ahead of time they're going to come get my furniture well I went and got new furniture they called me I said you can come pick up the furniture I do not want to deal with people like you and the lady started laughing and I said what's so funny she put me on hold ignored me then comes back to the phone and says we'll be there Wednesday and I said what was so funny she hung up on me this is the type of people they are they're shady I didn't have to give them a one star I wouldn't have gave them any stars oh and when I first got my furniture the one table was scratched real bad so I asked them to replace it they set up four appointments never showed up I had to go to the store to get anything done so I did that they went to the west side to get tables and they didn't even all match
The staff and store in Erie Pa on Buffalo Road is awesome. The manager and staff will do all they can to make sure you are pleased. I am so glad I switched to Aaron's years ago. I have never been treated with more kindness and understanding. They try and do all they can to help if you run into a problem. I love Aarons
Aarons on Buffalo road is by far the best place I've financed anything through. They make the process so convenient and Rae Ann is always willing to work with me regardless of my situation. I will recommend them every time, definitely 10/10!

My daughter and I were shopping for a washer and dryer combo as we were riding down Buffalo Rd we stopped in Aaron’s , the friendliest staff people in the world , Carmelo was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable about all the options that came with the rental agreement, he made our decision for us and yes just because of his demeanor and expertise. Rae-Ann the store manager put the icing on the deal for us. 100% professional, excellent store arrangements, easy to find, willing to go beyond to make sure our needs were met. Thank you for everything Marnie

Rae hooked me up! She was even willing to work with me on a payment plan when money was tight. I can't wait to see what my next purchase is going to be. Don't waste your time going anywhere else, and ask for Rae!
