This company has been harassing me and my family since we moved into our new rental in January 2026. Gave them the info to reach out to our landlord to contact previous tenant and they refused or are too lazy to investigate. I have spoken with their customer service as well as the local manager, Chuck, who have both guaranteed that the aggressive visits would stop and yet we continue to get loud banging on our door as well as flyers that have caused damage to our glass front door. Cannot recommend if you value professional and honest business practices.
Fire Chuck immediately please. Trying to charge for items not delivered. I had to call corporate twice, file a complaint and send a message to the regional manager for an issue that is easily resolvable. Chuck is very unprofessional and shady. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. MAKE ALL ORDERS AND PAYMENTS ONLINE. ONLY DEAL WITH THE STORE FOR DELIVERIES. Chuck told me they don’t take payments online and to give him my card info because “that’s how they do things in the store”, as I’m literally online looking at at the payment portal. He had no idea he was talking to a legal assistant (also my mother is an attorney). My gut is telling me that customers have been scammed from this location. Please be aware of Aaron’s policies before dealing with this company. ONLY purchase and pay online. Just use the store as a delivery warehouse since they’re incompetent to do anything else.
One star is being too generous. Nothing but horrible experiences since I started my lease a few months ago. The “manager” Chuck needs to be fired. Talks with a threatening tone. He also hangs up on you instead of being an adult and professional.

The managers and workers at Aaron’s they have no customer service skills they do not know how to talk to people they talk to people like people are their kids especially the manager by the name of Chuck I think that the general manager or the regional manager should fire everybody from that Aaron Stor over there at 565 Adams Ave, Store #C1468 these people need to realize that they are dealing with customers not their kids. The experience that I have with them is very very very out of pocket, so I would not recommend the dead come from the grave and go to that store at Adams Avenue, because they need professional training, I do not know if when the owner or the regional manager or the district manager train them. If that’s the type of training they get to deal with people like people is trash like you are nobody. They wanna shout at you on the phone. talk to you any anyhow, they are very disrespectful and I believe the regional manager and the district manager need to come into that store , 565 Adams Ave. Stor number C1468 And have a serious meeting with these people or give them sum retraining, but right now it’s very terrible……..
