My daughter had to return her PS5. I went to return it for her. The little short white gut with the glasses who is weird btw told me my daughter had to pay 45 dollars or he was not going to put the return in the system. Like sir are you trying to pocket 45 for yourself because that makes zero sense. Also when my daughter went to pick up the play station he made some very inappropriate comments to my daughter. The only reason I didn’t go in and cuss him out is because I had my kids in the car. He needs to do better with customer service or get fired.

My husband ordered a couch from them and the delivery MEN said it couldn't be brought into the house without damaging it and didnt know how to use a tape measure properly cause when my husband did the measurements it was 4 inches longer then they lazy delivery MEN had originally told us. I emphasize the word MEN because two MEN said it couldn't be done but my husband and I got it in the house all on our own. We should get a discount esp with the smart comment the one delivery man said to my husband.

I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for them to pick up a sofa I no longer need. And they keep saying they will be here and never show. At this point I feel they just want to charge me another month. Meanwhile if your card is declined they want to harass you all day., they’re always available for that. Please come get your merchandise!!! UPDATE!!!! Now 3 weeks later. They picked up the sofa 2 weeks ago. A few days after my initial review because I kept bugging them. And now they have continued to charge me for something I don’t have. Lady said she will process payment back to me. Supposedly did it while I was on the phone. But I decided to call corporate and they said payment was never issued back. That the sofa is still on my account as If I still have it. This store sucks. Be careful before renting here

The only reason why it gets one star is because I wanted to make a review and that's the only way I could. I would not recommend anyone to get anything from here. They are unprofessional. I've been having an issue with my queen platinum bed all week and I was told everyday last week they would be coming out to fix and they didn't get to me until Friday. Then when they came to add my slates on the bed (5 thin pieces of wood on a queen size platinum bed) me and my baby went to sleep on it and within a couple hours one of them broke. I took a picture and went into the store the next day and was told oh you probably need a metal one and we have them for 150. I'm on the verge of sending this stuff back and going to rent a center. I got a queen size platform bedset from them previously and had no issues, none of them broke and it was way more them 5 pieces of wood
