Horrible store very unprofessional and rude they constantly lie to customers and very nonchalant the manager was cursing on the phone with a customer in front of customers he does not need to be there

I feel like the customer service people could’ve helped more with the questions I had Especially since they were only about an email And I was told I had to go in on Monday to the office to fix that But I ended up fixing it myself. I figured it out so I Just didn’t appreciate the misleading information And I feel like she could’ve definitely helped me But instead, she just told me to go in on Monday, but other than that, Rent A center Is definitely a good place!!! And they’re giving Credit approvals Don’t miss your Opportunity! I got approved 🙏 But other than that With the lady not helping me, Rent-A-Center is great !

I feel like the customer service people could’ve helped more with the questions I had Especially since they were only about an email And I was told I had to go in on Monday to the office to fix that But I ended up fixing it myself. I figured it out so I Just didn’t appreciate the misleading information And I feel like she could’ve definitely helped me But instead, she just told me to go in on Monday, but other than that, Rent A center Is definitely a good place!!! I would like to thank Angel and Wilmari At the Rent Center on Kensington, I was going through a financial hardship and I couldn’t make a payment. The manager understood and granted me some time To get financially in order in able to get my payment through also they never called nor harassed me. They gave me my space and time and will check up on me and made sure I was okay they go above and beyond for their customers very professional, understanding, loving, and it feels like a family truly.

This store site is a joke bad business I definitely wouldn't recommend here on Erie torresdale ave they can't tell you when your order is coming and you for a refund you gotta wait til they make money after you give them 24hr notice of refund when you pay cash b#$h better have my money is been 2daya now I've ask for refund of a item they still don't know when is gonna be delivered because your trying to find junk to rent for big pay off 🤬

They are rude and disrespectful especially the men today they came to my door to yell at me about a payment that’s late 4 days because I asked. Them to come check it a month ago … my disabled daughter was sleeping and they wanted me to wake her up. At there time when they were supposed to come check. The bed at 3:30 yesterday the man was very rude yelling at me at the top of his lungs. And being very disrespectful by his body language u can tell he was coming to cause a seen which he did and also scared my disabled daughter she woke up crying n screaming I paid off a bed from here before. But now the men in that place I don’t want nothing to do with the store I felt attacked harassed and felt like they were not being fair
