As a new home owner I had nothing I just was so happy I was willing to lay on my floor. After meeting a great young lady named Jasmine she was happy to assist I brought a refrigerator first being able to make bi weekly payments was very convenient for me so one day making my birthday weekly payment I step in to the store and Jasmine asked did I need anything else I was going to say no focusing on the one item I did get. But Jasmine show me a deal that I couldn't past up. So I got a whole bedroom set with a mattress. The guys brought my bedroom set on time and put everything serculy together and took the empty trash with them I would give a million stars but Its not reasonable forget that this my post so yes Jasmine and delivery team a million stars thank u. For assisting in making me first home as beautiful as I imagined. Ps Ruben
Horrible store very unprofessional and rude they constantly lie to customers and very nonchalant the manager was cursing on the phone with a customer in front of customers he does not need to be there
I feel like the customer service people could’ve helped more with the questions I had Especially since they were only about an email And I was told I had to go in on Monday to the office to fix that But I ended up fixing it myself. I figured it out so I Just didn’t appreciate the misleading information And I feel like she could’ve definitely helped me But instead, she just told me to go in on Monday, but other than that, Rent A center Is definitely a good place!!! And they’re giving Credit approvals Don’t miss your Opportunity! I got approved 🙏 But other than that With the lady not helping me, Rent-A-Center is great !
I would like to thank Angel and Wilmari At the Rent Center on Kensington, I was going through a financial hardship and I couldn’t make a payment. The manager understood and granted me some time To get financially in order in able to get my payment through also they never called nor harassed me. They gave me my space and time and will check up on me and made sure I was okay they go above and beyond for their customers very professional, understanding, loving, and it feels like a family truly.
This store site is a joke bad business I definitely wouldn't recommend here on Erie torresdale ave they can't tell you when your order is coming and you for a refund you gotta wait til they make money after you give them 24hr notice of refund when you pay cash b#$h better have my money is been 2daya now I've ask for refund of a item they still don't know when is gonna be delivered because your trying to find junk to rent for big pay off 🤬
