The worst !!! Unprofessional and no good! Didn’t even call to tell us they were there with our stuff and knew how important this item was for my family and they didn’t care literally the worst worst !!!!!

Completely unprofessional they struggle with relaying information waited a week before I was able to actually speak to someone after several calls and being placed on hold and being told someone would reach back out just to be told “ based on their store policy” I must pay the first month before scheduling delivery when it says nothing like that in the agreement I signed they also took it upon themselves to change my agreement without notifying me a complete waste of time

I applied for a ps5 got pre-approved then was given trouble at the store they kept saying I got denied, then the manager finally approved me. Weeks went by and I never received the PS5, I then cancelled my order and I am still getting charged $6 and some change for I don’t know what every month. I’ve called them multiple times to cancel the monthly charge and they assure me every time that they will but never do. I’m highly disappointed and had and continue to have an unpleasant experience with Rent A Center

Very rude manager and employees! Manager Ruby cursed at me and threatened to come sit outside my house every day until my bill is paid! It doesn’t matter if you’re late on your bill, it it doesn’t give anyone to right to talk to you like a gangster! He was talking to me like I stole his stuff! I’m a woman and he’s a whole man trying to intimidate me! He’s bad for business! They don’t know how to talk to people! Had to call corporate twice on their store! And corporate didn’t help at all! Matter of fact they didn’t care what their employees did as long as they got the money for their merchandise! I don’t recommend renting from this store!

I usually don't leave reviews, but my recent visit to this location was so much better than the past. I can tell that there must be new management. I was shopping around for a TV and the guy there, I think his name was Ryan, was so helpful. He helped me to think about the perfect size TV for my bedroom. I will definately be going back to this location. Keep up the good customer service!
