HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. Went to pick up an amazon package but was never helped in 25 minutes because a woman was taking her sweet time and the employee didn't think to just scan my code so I could leave. There was another employee watching us wait but he was too busy eating Cheezits to scan my code either. Never got to pick up the package. Never come here, they don't know how to get anything done. 0 Stars but had to give it 1 to post this bs.

It was a bad experience the manager did all this sneaky illegal stuff with my agreement gave me use Furniture. I would not suggest anybody go there. Please don’t go there do not waste your money. Do not waste your energy. My first time buying furniture. The experience was horrible they were unprofessional Worst experience in my life please don’t go there Then I made a complaint against the manager, and no one never got back to me, but the manager was able to come to me and tell me that his boss told him I made a complaint that was definitely unsafe They need to shut the store down. That’s my honest opinion. I will give The Store zero stars. I didn’t even wanna press the one star I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before going to this place.

Can’t get a hold of anyone, not telling me when I can get my delivery or any attempt to contact in any way in my rental stays, but I get an email saying that my automatic payment is set. Like what?? I still have not even got any of my order at all. Terrible..

I don’t have my product and trying to get answers from the store was a nightmare. I called everyday and everyday was told someone would call me back and never did. My delivery was scheduled without talking to me. And then I was told the product is not in stock at the other store that was supposed to have it but I could upgrade to a more expensive laptop.
