So disappointed with the service. I ordered a washer and dryer first the delivery guys scratch the walls in the basement. I didn't make a big fuss about it but now when ever I use the dryer the smoke detector keeps going off because the delivery people never attached the ventilation tube nor did they advised me to get one. Now there is damage on the wall from the dryer. I was told by the manager they do not supply the ventilation tube and there is nothing they can do. Wow!

Nicole shouldn’t be a manager! They took my money and still no delivery! Everyday it’s something different very unprofessional!!! NICOLE NEED TRAINING ON COMMUNICATION AND HOW TO SPEAK TO A PERSON! I won’t recommend

Well I had to pick a different color sofa then the one I originally picked and loved literally the same day my delivery was supposed to come .. my delivery was scheduled to come between 3-5 and they didn’t get here until 6pm.. my sofa was scratched & my tv was damaged so I am supposed to get it replaced in a couple days

Please don't waste your time renting from them. First of all, we were promised a delivery date on Tuesday...no one came. When we called they said someone from another store was supposed to come to deliver it. They rescheduled for Wendesday, and we got the same BS story. They rescheduled AGAIN for Thursday, and I still had to call and got the SAME story. When they finally delivered the dryer, it didnt come with an exhaust vent!!! Why would you not include the exhaust vent which is EXTREMELY important for a dryer??? Or why wouldn't tell the customer UP FRONT that it didnt come with it, so they can purchase it before the delivery?! Just horrible service! Needless to say, we are returning the merchandise.
