Very ignorant and talk like kids and did not tell me how to get a refund don't recommend rent a center the people here are so disrespectful when u talk on the phone or text have to go there tomorrow to see if that's how they always talk to people

They add false fees to your items over time hoping you don't notice, and they will take your money out of your bank account early without your permission

The workers at this store is disgusting the way the men talk to their customers are horrible. Very disrespectful I would never get anything from here again. The one on Frankford is horrible. I had to put a star but if I could put nothing it would be 0 stars!

I had a pretty positive experience with ordering my furniture up until I just called to cancel the order for my recliner and was met with push back and attitude from a rude old man named Joe. I stated that I wanted to cancel it and his response was “wow we special ordered it for you guys you couldn’t have discussed this before we ordered it?” And I let him know that 1. That was rude of him to say to me and 2. It wasn’t until we received our couch that we realized it was bigger than we anticipated and that we simply don’t have the room for the recliner at this point. Joe then made another snarky remark about him “special ordering” the recliner and proceeded to hang up on me before I could respond. Long story short if you order anything from this rent a center make sure you ask to speak to anyone BUT Joe.

By far the worst experience in my life. When I bought my living room set they told me I could get any minimum damage fixed by just contacting them I tried and they presumed it to be on fixable. It was only a small rub from the two sofas being close to each other. I told him I don’t want it anymore and they’re telling me I can’t return it so basically I’m trapped with the payments on something I don’t want they sound all nice on the phone and the minute you need something they’re telling you no politely. I highly recommend you check anywhere but Aarons furniture. Cost waste. Oh I only had to set for three months your doomed from the start. NO NO NO ARRONS SAVE YOURSELVES THE TROUBLE!!!
