Worst place ever. Worst customer service ever. Not sure who even hires these people. They all are horrible and ignorant. Chuck hangs up on you as you’re speaking and doesn’t let you talk. Some dude always calls harassing you for a payment, I don’t know him name but he sounds like a female. When I put my husband on the phone he piped it down real quick. Sales manager idk her name either, called me twice in the last 2 weeks asking for me to make a payment and I told her both times they picked up my washer and dryer TWO WEEKS AGO. I returned it bc their customer service sucks and I bought a brand new one. She keeps saying no one put in the system I returned it. So the two dudes who picked it up what they did with it? Even told a dude who called me I returned it stop trying to bill me.. he said he would note in the system. Clearly they never did.

Aaron’s is a very horrible place on Adam’s ave. Chuck needs to be fired he is unprofessional and nasty and all out a horrible person. I finally paid them off. Never again. It is suppose to be a place to help you get what you need. But they make the whole experience just horrible. I had two payments left and chuck threatened to come get my furniture. And he hung up on me instead of talking . He is just a disrespectful person. I don’t understand why he still has a job. Mecial may be the only professional person there. They should be out of business by now. But there are people in need and that would explain it. Chuck is a horrible person. I have never been so disrespected in my life. He made me feel so helpless. I tried to approach it with kindness and asking him to look at my history. But when I realized he just enjoyed being miserable I refused to talk to him. I will now just by my furniture a peace at a time and find a different way. I will never use them again. It is a shame that anyone could treat so many people so horrible and still have a job.

I have spoken with their customer service as well as the local manager, Chuck, who have both guaranteed that the aggressive visits would stop and yet we continue to get loud banging on our door as well as flyers that have caused damage to our glass front door. Cannot recommend if you value professional and honest business practices.

I had to call corporate twice, file a complaint and send a message to the regional manager for an issue that is easily resolvable. Chuck is very unprofessional and shady. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. MAKE ALL ORDERS AND PAYMENTS ONLINE. ONLY DEAL WITH THE STORE FOR DELIVERIES. Chuck told me they don’t take payments online and to give him my card info because “that’s how they do things in the store”, as I’m literally online looking at at the payment portal. He had no idea he was talking to a legal assistant (also my mother is an attorney). My gut is telling me that customers have been scammed from this location. Please be aware of Aaron’s policies before dealing with this company. ONLY purchase and pay online. Just use the store as a delivery warehouse since they’re incompetent to do anything else.

One star is being too generous. Nothing but horrible experiences since I started my lease a few months ago. The “manager” Chuck needs to be fired. Talks with a threatening tone. He also hangs up on you instead of being an adult and professional.
