The level of customer service that I received from your team mate Hannah can not be exceeded. She helped me in returning some items my ex had leased, and left behind at my home. She went the extra mile and beyond. THANK YOU Hannah!!

Absolutely the the worst they have been calling everyone in our house multiple times a day, phone numbers they should even have access to I've removed my phone number multiple times, and I still get called this is the worst store

If I could put more than five stars I would, hannah sater went out of her way to get me the best deal I could get for my apartment. She took the time to send me pictures because I could not come in and did a lease agreement over the phone she's the best I would recommend her to anybody!!! 10/10!!!

I don’t know if it’s only me but these items are overly priced for the cheap material they are made off the 3 things I’ve leased with them have broken my $2000 couch was broken when they brought it to my house but we didn’t notice it till 8 days later. my $3500 bedroom set bed frame was made cheap the flimsy bars broke too my dinning chair broke as well but items can’t be fixed only if they break themselves on the side they don’t have good customer service they will first speak very nicely understand when life happens but when it comes to getting the payments done it’s something else will never lease again after paying my things off

I just spoke to Bill. He was a very big help with my items. He and his team of Aarons employees at the commercial location went above and beyond their jobs to help me. Caleb even stopped by my home after work hours to give me 2 HDMI cables. Wow, definitely highly recommended. Thank you Bill and Caleb!!!!!!!!!!! 5 Stars!!!!!!!!!!
