Trent, Trent has been the absolute best and most understanding employee here. We just moved a few days ago, and they were super quick and friendly about the entire delivery and set up. The two gentleman who came and actually set up the living room piece we got, were super insightful and friendly. Amazing.

Absolutely the the worst they have been calling everyone in our house multiple times a day, phone numbers they should even have access to I've removed my phone number multiple times, and I still get called this is the worst store
If I could put more than five stars I would, hannah sater went out of her way to get me the best deal I could get for my apartment. She took the time to send me pictures because I could not come in and did a lease agreement over the phone she's the best I would recommend her to anybody!!! 10/10!!!
I don’t know if it’s only me but these items are overly priced for the cheap material they are made off the 3 things I’ve leased with them have broken my $2000 couch was broken when they brought it to my house but we didn’t notice it till 8 days later. my $3500 bedroom set bed frame was made cheap the flimsy bars broke too my dinning chair broke as well but items can’t be fixed only if they break themselves on the side they don’t have good customer service they will first speak very nicely understand when life happens but when it comes to getting the payments done it’s something else will never lease again after paying my things off
